1. Accessing the Billing Portal​

To manage your billing and subscription details:

  • Log in to Your Account: Start by entering your email address on the billing portal sign-in screen. A link will be sent to your email, allowing you to access the customer portal directly. This portal is powered by Stripe, ensuring your billing information is secure and easy to manage.

    • Account Activation: If your Stripe account is not yet activated, you can only receive emails on verified email addresses listed in your Stripe account's team settings.

  • Stripe Dashboard: For more advanced settings and management options, such as updating team settings or managing account verification, you can log into your Stripe Dashboard.
