Once an inspection is completed by a driver, you can review it in the Inspection History section. Use Quick View for a summary or Detailed View for a complete history of the inspection and any associated notes.
What is the difference between Pass and Fail statuses?
Pass means that the inspection was successful with no major issues. Fail indicates that there were critical issues identified during the inspection that need to be addressed before the asset can be used.
What do I do if an inspection is overdue?
If an inspection is overdue, the system will flag it with a Past Due status. You should prioritize reviewing these inspections to ensure that the asset remains compliant and safe for use.
Assets & Assignments
How do I add a new asset?
To add a new asset, go to the Assets section and click on Add Asset or Quick Add Asset. Fill in the necessary details like the asset's title, license plate, and other relevant information.
What is the Assignment Timeline used for?
The Assignment Timeline provides a visual representation of which drivers are assigned to specific assets over time. You can modify, create, or delete assignments from this view.
Can I change the assigned driver for an asset?
Yes, you can update the assigned driver by accessing the Assignment Timeline, selecting the current assignment, and modifying the driver or duration of the assignment.
What happens when an asset is marked as inactive?
When an asset is marked as Inactive, it cannot be assigned to a driver or used for inspections. You will need to reactivate it in the Assets section before it can be used again.
How do I track asset status in real-time?
Asset statuses are displayed on the Dashboard and in the Assets section. You can monitor whether an asset is Active, Inactive, or In Maintenance, and assign tasks accordingly.
Reminders
How do I set up a reminder for asset maintenance?
In the Asset Renewals section, click on Create Reminder and fill out the necessary fields such as asset, type of reminder, due date, and observers. This will notify you before the asset requires maintenance.
Can I set reminders for driver renewals?
Yes, in the Driver Renewals section, you can set reminders for tasks like license renewals, certifications, or other driver-related updates that need to be tracked.
What happens when a reminder is overdue?
When a reminder is overdue, it will be flagged with a Red status in the system, prompting immediate action. You will also receive notifications about the overdue reminder.
Can I assign observers to a reminder?
Yes, while creating or editing a reminder, you can assign observers who will be notified when the reminder is due or overdue. This helps keep everyone informed.
How do I edit an existing reminder?
